About Ocean Edge Bowen

 

Ocean Edge Bowen was established in 2013 and is located in the beautiful seaside suburb of Port Kennedy, Western Australia.

 

In 2012 Tricia Mulder became a nationally accredited Bowen Practitioner and is passionate about Bowen Therapy, having personally benefited greatly from its profound healing ability. Her own personal experience with Bowen Therapy is what led her to undertake Bowtech Bowen (the original Bowen Technique) studies and become a Bowen Practitioner and she states “I can’t promote something I don’t truly believe in myself”. Prior to establishing her business, Tricia worked with the Government of Western Australia for seven years, however has long had an interest in holistic health and has also embarked on an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy.

 

Tricia has had great responses treating friends and family with Bowen Therapy over the last few years. She has now turned her passion into her own business, with clients praising the healing ability of Bowen Therapy. Tricia is motivated and dedicated to providing quality care and service to all she works with.

For more than two years I suffered from a painful heel and foot condition which my doctor had diagnosed as plantar fasciitis.

 

The constant sharp pain in my foot made me feel miserable so I used to take a lot of ibuprofen. It didn’t really stop the pain but I’d become desperate as I’d already tried cortisone injections (excruciatingly painful), regular physio, plus a daily regime of stretching exercises which were recommended as the “ultimate fix for plantar fasciitis”.
